Listing PDF downloads require an email address. We share that email and the requested property/document with the assigned listing agent, or Jim Tipton if no recipient is assigned, for property-related follow-up. Email format is checked, but ownership is not verified. A download request does not prove the file finished saving. These requests are stored as website inquiries and follow the inquiry retention policy below; this does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

The Hogan Group, LLC operates this website to provide information about our real estate services, properties and transactions, respond to inquiries, and provide invited clients with access to designated documents.

Information we receive

If you contact us through the website, we receive your name, email address, company if provided, property or topic of interest, and message. Please do not put financial account numbers, identification documents or other sensitive information in the public inquiry form.

For invitation-only client access, we maintain your name, email address, account credentials in WordPress’s protected format, room permissions and any access expiry. The data room keeps a limited activity history associated with accounts and documents. Private documents are encrypted in website storage and made available only through authorized access. Website and hosting administrators can administer these systems.

Our hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and delivery records to operate, secure and troubleshoot their services. We also use short-lived abuse counters to help limit spam and automated requests.

How we use information

We use information to respond to you, discuss properties and services, manage client access, deliver requested materials, maintain security, resolve delivery problems and meet applicable business or legal obligations. We do not use inquiry text or private documents for website analytics or targeted advertising.

Website analytics and cookies

Our basic analytics counts public page views and received inquiries by day. It stores aggregate counts and public page or property identifiers, rather than visitor profiles. It does not set analytics cookies or store IP addresses, names, email addresses, inquiry text, full referring URLs or private-room activity in the analytics table. Repeat views may be counted more than once. Page-view collection skips signed-in users and browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. We keep these aggregate counts for up to 90 days, subject to the scheduled cleanup process.

WordPress uses necessary cookies for sign-in and account security. The downloadable review copy uses browser storage for local demonstration settings and property edits; it does not send inquiries or collect server analytics. The public website does not use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising trackers supplied by us.

Service providers and external links

We use hosting, email and related service providers to operate the website and communicate with you. Our website loads map imagery and, when configured, map components from Esri/ArcGIS, and web fonts from Google. Your browser contacts those providers, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Their handling of that information is governed by their own notices: Esri privacy and Google privacy.

Property-package and other links may open Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint or another external website. Access depends on that service’s permissions, and its privacy terms apply. We may also disclose information when needed to comply with law, protect rights and security, or carry out a transaction you request. We do not sell inquiry or client-account information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

Website inquiry copies become eligible for permanent deletion 30 days after the email service accepts the message. Acceptance by the email service does not guarantee inbox delivery. Copies with delivery failures stay available to our administrators until resolved or manually deleted. Cleanup runs on a daily schedule and may be delayed if the website’s scheduled tasks are not running. Copies in email accounts, transaction files and rolling backups follow separate business, provider and legal retention requirements.

Client accounts, access records and documents are retained while needed for the relevant relationship, security or applicable obligations. Administrators can revoke room access and remove records when no longer needed. Revocation does not remove copies a recipient already downloaded. We use access controls, encryption for private document storage and other safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and contact

You may contact us directly instead of using the inquiry form. You can ask us about information we hold about you, request corrections or deletion, or ask to end your client access. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted for legitimate business or legal reasons. Rights available to you depend on applicable law.
