Homebuyers bidding on Phoenix homes without seeing them

Buyers interested in cashing in on low prices for Phoenix homes are putting in bids sight unseen on properties. KTVK Channel 3 reports that real estate agents say buyers are putting in multiple bids on different homes and then traveling to the Valley to find the one they like. Home sellers say the process creates problems because it takes the home off the market while an offer is pending.
