The Hogan Group Sales team consists of nine agents, with a tremendous amount of experience.  Our team has been involved in over two billion dollars of transactions which include, but are not limited to, the liquidation of raw land, P&E lots, finished lots, and MPC.  All of The Hogan Group agents work independently, but focus on transparency in order to share information and create a market knowledge that can be shared with our clients. This provides our clients with the most updated knowledge of the market and current deals available in each submarket.  

Joseph Hogan

Joe's early achievements include being decorated with the bronze star while serving his country in the Vietnam War. After leaving the United States Army, he attended Culver Stockton College in Canton, Missouri and graduated in 1973 with a BS degree in Economics. In 1977 Joe pursued a career with Continental Homes in Chicago, Illinois. With a team of over 80 agents he quickly became the top-selling agent in the company. In 1978, he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where he was promoted within Continental from New Home Sales Consultant to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In 1983, he continued as a top achiever and received the prestigious MAME Award. This award is given by the Home Builders' Council for achieving marketing excellence. After his eight years with Continental Homes, he went to work for Scott Jackson Brokerage working primarily in commercial real estate. In 1993, Joe founded Hogan & Associates in Tempe, Arizona. The company has specialized in the sale of raw land and finished lots to major home builders, developers and land speculators. Over the last five years, Hogan & Associates had completed well over $2 billion in sales transactions with a record $921 million in 2005.
