The Hogan Group Sales team consists of nine agents, with a tremendous amount of experience.  Our team has been involved in over two billion dollars of transactions which include, but are not limited to, the liquidation of raw land, P&E lots, finished lots, and MPC.  All of The Hogan Group agents work independently, but focus on transparency in order to share information and create a market knowledge that can be shared with our clients. This provides our clients with the most updated knowledge of the market and current deals available in each submarket.  

James Johns

Graduated from Arizona State University in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and began his career at Grubb & Ellis where he was a top 4 producer in the land division. Following his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, James began work at Hogan & Associates where he continued for 5 years, closing over $500,000,000 in land transactions. James started a home building company, Catalina Homes, in 2001. James was president of Catalina homes for 8 years, completing 7 communities. James was responsible for overseeing all aspects of land acquisition, entitlement, and land developments. In 2009, James returned full time to commercial land brokerage. During his career, he has focused on the sale of residential and commercial land.
