New Scottsdale homes go Dutch

K. Hovnanian Homes is partnering with Dutch architect Piet Boon on a new high-end, modernistic housing development in North Scottsdale. The Line K at Pinnacle Peak development offers contemporary, semi-custom homes with a modern European look. The community has 26 home sites with floor plans of up to 3,900 square feet. Homes range in price from $700,000 to $825,000. Boon is based in Amsterdam but his architectural work is seen in affluent venues around the world, including beach villas in the Caribbean, country club mansions in South Africa and coastal villas in Europe.
