Phoenix, other markets lack home sellers

Phoenix and other markets around the U.S. are seeing home price increases as a lack of properties on the market is prompting bidding wars. Bloomberg reports that brokers in various cities, including Phoenix, are resorting to interesting tactics to find sellers to meet a growing number of buyers who sense the bottom of the housing market has been reached. Many markets are seeing inventories that haven’t been this low since 2005.
