DMB breaks ground at Mesa's Eastmark, but Gaylord still gun-shy

DMB Associates has broken ground on the first phase of home construction for its economy-hampered redevelopment of the former GM Proving Grounds in Mesa, but Gaylord Entertainment Inc. still is not pulling the trigger on its resort at the 3,200-acre site.
