How to ensure you make full recovery

It was sobering to hear what the experts had to say about the near-term future of the Valley’s economy and real estate outlook at the “Gloom to Zoom” seminar we co-hosted for about 300 observers last week. But that doesn’t mean it was all depressing. Two of the region’s best-known prognosticators — economist Elliot Pollack and real estate expert R.L. Brown — said pretty much what all of you know by now: The economy definitely will recover and may be doing so right now, but it will be a few years, not months, before we can start popping the bubbly. Great. So what to do now?
