Glendale OKs 45-acre Urban95 project

Glendale city council unanimously approved a planned unit development of 45 acres just south of Missouri Avenue between Loop 101 and 95th Avenue. The proposed mixed-use development, dubbed Urban95, includes office, retail, hotel, entertainment, residences and open space. The plan was submitted by Alan Beaudoin of LVA Urban Design Studio. The residential uses are described a moderate to high density condominiums and apartments. The project is close to the University of Phoenix Stadium and Westgate City Center.
