Sarver's SVP closing in on $200M real estate fund
Southwest Value Partners, a real estate investment firm co-founded by Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver, is in the final stages of closing a $150 to $200 million fund that may target high-growth areas of the Valley.
The San Diego-based company, which has an office in Scottsdale, expects to close the fund at the end of this month or the beginning of July, and immediately start putting that money to work, although commitments haven’t been finalized.
“As soon as the fund is closed we’ll be actively pursuing opportunities,” said co-founder Mark Schlossberg. “We’re focused on the West and Southwest, and not just land.”
