SunEdison, DRI to partner on solar plants

SunEdison and DRI Energy are partnering on developing solar plants in three states including Arizona. SunEdison, a subsidiary of MEMC Electronic Materials (NYSE: WFR), and DRI plant to develop 19 megawatts of power plants between Arizona, California and Hawaii. Under the agreement, SunEdison will finance contracts that DRI develops with commercial, government and utility clients. Neither company said how much they would be dedicating in power to each state.
