63 acres in South Phoenix sell for $3.2 million

Crown-Phoenix Artesa I, a subsidiary of Petrus Partners Petrus Partners Follow this company Ltd. in New York, paid $3.2 million for almost 63 acres near the southeast corner of Baseline Road and 43rd Avenue in Phoenix. The seller was the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation The acreage is comprised of 177 partially finished residential lots.
