The purchase price was $4.75 million, according to ARMLS CEO Bob Bemis, who will lead the new organization. It will be named the Arizona Multiple Listing Service. A new governance will be established, and it will be a wholly owned subsidiary of AAR.
With larger numbers, the AMLS will be able to purchase more technology at lower prices, and also provide highly integrated technology to more Realtors in the state. AAR serves 42,000 Realtors in 21 local organizations statewide.
