New Queen Creek community features luxury homes

Fulton Homes has opened a new community in Queen Creek called Victoria Estates and says it has sold four of the planned 45 lots. THE HOMES The single-level homes will be on lots of at least a half-acre. There are six floor plans ranging between three to eight bedrooms at 3,118 to 5,157 square feet. A basement can be added to two of the models. All homes include four-car garages that can be expanded to a six. The homes also have courtyards, 10-foot ceilings, granite kitchen counter tops and maple cabinets. All homes here are Energy Star qualified, Fulton said. Starting prices are around $340,000.
