Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is the second one partnership between Scottsdale-based American Solar, one of the larger installers in the state, and Keystone.
Solar systems will be available on the 46 homes being built at Rancho Madera, coming in four different sizes ranging from 1.9 kilowatts to 5.1 kilowatts.
Keystone is offering three models at the community with starting prices at $290,000. The community opens March 3.
